Wenger Construction is looking for hardworking, experienced installers to join our Siding crew in Southern Wisconsin. If you have hands-on construction experience and want to build your skills with a growing team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do:
Install James Hardie panel and lap siding, Nichiha, metal siding, composite wall panels (ACM), and Longboard/Knotwood systems Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks on job sites Support skilled tradespeople while sharpening your craft Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site Apply construction techniques with growing independence
What You Need
Required:
2+ years of construction experience Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude Desired: Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques Experience with siding installation (James Hardie, metal, composite panels)
