Tekion Technical Lead Consultant for Dealerships

CLA is seeking a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion to drive technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients. You will identify root causes, scope corrective work, and guide the team through ETAs and SOWs, serving as CLA’s Tier 1 support and escalation path. You will build knowledge bases on recurring issues, improve delivery processes, and collaborate with the Growth team to convert findings into concrete delivery plans. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.
