Apply for this role →To support national wireless infrastructure initiatives, the remote contract RF Engineer - In-Building Design will leverage advanced RF engineering expertise, oversee Distributed Antenna System (DAS) designs, and manage technical project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve In-Building Wireless (IBW) and DAS designs to ensure compliance with national standards
Analyze network KPIs and recommend design improvements for optimized coverage and operational efficiency
Lead execution of complex wireless infrastructure projects and manage vendor relationships for successful project delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
7+ years of experience in In-Building RF Design and Optimization
3+ years of technical project management experience
iBwave Level 3 Certification or recent hands-on experience with iBwave
Strong expertise in LTE and 5G NR network design and optimization
