Director of Finance (Dental)

Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across a multi-site DSO environment. Strategic Planning: Partner with the COO and executive team to develop financial strategies that drive profitability, support expansion, and enhance operational efficiency. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls, including oversight of audits and risk mitigation strategies. Performance Analysis: Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize practice-level performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle teams to align financial goals with organizational priorities. Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a multi-site healthcare or DSO environment. Strong understanding of P&L management, EBITDA growth strategies, and financial modeling. Expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements for healthcare organizations. Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
