This practice is looking for a hungry, proactive go-getter who knows how to connect with patients, confidently present treatment, overcome objections, and turn recommended dentistry into scheduled care. The ideal candidate understands that successful treatment coordination is about more than discussing cost—it is about building trust, communicating value, and helping patients confidently say yes to the care they need. The practice provides general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive dental services in a modern, patient-centered environment. Schedule Monday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Tuesday: Administrative day, typically up to 6 hours Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: Closed Team members arrive approximately 15 minutes before the first patient Compensation Up to $35 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated treatment-coordination skills Compensation reflects the need for a strong candidate with proven case-acceptance and closing abilities Growth opportunity for a motivated, results-focused coordinator who can contribute to increased scheduled production Practice Environment Established dental practice with approximately 12 years in operation 3 providers 1 hygienist Approximately 4 additional team members 6 operatoriesPPO and fee-for-service patient base Fast-paced, people-oriented, and results-driven culture Comprehensive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign dentistry Modern technology and patient-centered approach
Responsibilities: Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally Build rapport and establish trust with patients throughout the treatment-planning process Educate patients on recommended treatment, value, timing, and next steps Communicate larger treatment plans in a way patients can easily understand Discuss financial arrangements, insurance considerations, and available payment options Identify and address concerns that may prevent patients from moving forward with treatment Confidently handle objections related to cost, timing, fear, and treatment commitment Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment Re-engage patients with outstanding treatment plans Work toward strong case-acceptance and treatment-conversion goals Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure patients receive consistent information Maintain accurate treatment and follow-up documentation Help maintain an organized and productive patient schedule Provide an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through scheduling Practice Software and Technology Oryx practice management software Mango patient communication softwareDEXIS digital radiographyi Tero digital scanner Modern technology supporting comprehensive and cosmetic treatment This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is driven by results, energized by goals, and confident closing treatment. Requirements: Previous dental Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred Proven ability to achieve strong case acceptance and close larger treatment plans Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills Confident and persuasive without being overly aggressive Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable being accountable for results Strong follow-up skills and persistence with unscheduled treatment Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with doctors, patients, and team members Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused dental environment Knowledge of PPO and fee-for-service dentistry preferred Experience with cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive treatment presentations is highly desirable Oryx experience is a plus
