Associate Director, Commercial Strategic Sourcing, Consulting, Data & Technology The Associate Director, Commercial Strategic Sourcing, Consulting, Data & Technology will lead the Strategic Sourcing efforts within commercial technology, commercial consulting, data acquisition & analytics, field training, fleet operations, marketing operations and creative services. This role is instrumental in optimizing supplier performance, ensuring commercial efficiency through strong supplier partnership and sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to translate the goals of their business partners to Sourcing objectives to provide a value-added service to the organization. Responsibilities include the following areas: Overall Responsibility Strategic Sourcing Vision, Strategy, and Objectives Strategic Sourcing Process and Policy Strategic Sourcing Execution Organizational Design and Development Qualifications/ Required Knowledge/ Experience and Skills: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing roles within the Pharmaceutical industry including the ability to work through transformational efforts within the team Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sciences or relevant technical expertise. Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
