Director of People & Culture — K-12 School

Paideia School in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions for our pre-K–12 independent school. You will oversee benefits programs, compliance, employee relations, policies, and the intranet HR resources, partnering with school leadership to support a positive, inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or higher, HR certification, at least 5 years of related experience, and strong knowledge of FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and FLSA.
