About the Role:
Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical enterprise Job Monitoring Workstream supporting future regulatory and compliance requirements. You will plan, coordinate, and drive the implementation of a standardized job monitoring capability across critical business applications and technology platforms. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, Application Support, and external consultants to build a scalable monitoring framework that enables consistent control execution, evidence retention, alerting, issue remediation, and audit readiness. You will manage delivery from strategy and requirements through pilot implementation and enterprise rollout, improving monitoring consistency, auditability, operational resilience, and governance.
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership Lead the enterprise Job Monitoring Program and associated governance forums Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across application teams, infrastructure, observability, compliance, and audit Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive status reviews Regulatory and Compliance Readiness Drive planning for future regulatory monitoring requirements Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk to define monitoring control requirements and evidence expectations Ensure monitoring solutions support auditability, documentation, evidence retention, and timely remediation Solution Delivery Manage requirements gathering and business process assessments Coordinate proof-of-concept and pilot activities across enterprise platforms Lead application onboarding planning and execution Develop implementation roadmaps for scaling monitoring capabilities across the application portfolio Stakeholder Management Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, Finance, and external partners Drive alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and success metrics Manage communications and change management across stakeholder groups Risk and Issue Management Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts Develop mitigation plans and escalation strategies Ensure program decisions are documented and supported by business rationale and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline 7+ years of project or program management experience Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders Experience managing compliance, governance, risk, audit, or regulatory programs Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and drive progress amid ambiguity Understanding of enterprise application environments, batch processing, and systems integration Familiarity with monitoring, observability, or operational support processes Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit requirements, and evidence management Experience with PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and project financials PreferredPMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification Experience supporting regulatory compliance, risk management, or audit initiatives Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, App Dynamics, Datadog)Background in enterprise technology, financial systems, ERP platforms, or infrastructure operations Experience with automated controls, job scheduling, alerting, and operational monitoring solutions Proficiency with data visualization and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet and/or Power BIWhy You'll Love ItSenior, highly visible Project Manager role at a large, established organization, reporting to the Director, Information Systems & Compliance High-impact initiative shaping the future of regulatory compliance, governance, and operational resilience Hybrid/remote arrangement with limited travel for workshops and stakeholder meetings Cross-functional work with Technology, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, and external consultants Clear success measures and executive visibility, with strong potential for growth and impact within the first 12 months Work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and enterprise risk management on a program of strategic importance
