What you will do: The Director GlobalFinance Transformation leads strategic initiatives tooptimize &modernize processes, systems, and technology platformsacross the Finance organization This rolecollaborates closely withthe Finance Functions and other key stakeholders todrivesimplification, efficiency, automation, and digital innovation across the finance organization, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives, quality insurance, compliance standardsandimprovecustomer experience How you will do it: Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy Oversee implementation ofadvanced(GenAi)technologiesto driveautomation, predictiveanalyticsand overall speed to financial insight Codesign / redesign core finance processesto achieve qualitative & quantitativebenefits Lead organizational change management and ensure adoptionacross stakeholders Establish/ improvegovernance frameworks for transformation projects, including KPIs and risk management Build and mentor a high-performing team of(digital)finance transformation& Continuous Improvement

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $141,000 - $211,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
