Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid)

Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with hiring managers, shape talent strategies, and deliver a superior candidate experience. The role starts onsite in NE San Antonio with potential hybrid flexibility as the plant scales. You will recruit across levels from shop floor to leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build IEM’s employer brand in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.
