Sandwich/Charcuterie Production

Job Requirements: Maintain excellent kitchen safety and cleanliness standards Create cheese and charcuterie boards - grab and go and custom orders Daily preparation of fresh made sandwiches - rotating menu (including prep of bread/meats/cheeses/condiments and packaging) Execution of additional menu items Produce bakery and dessert items in production setting for retail sale Knowledge and communication of ingredients and preparation processes Maintain kitchen inventory and communicate order needs to team Engage with customers in retail area (as needed) Be willing to work a schedule that may change week to week Other tasks as needed Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and navigate stairs comfortably Have reliable transportation for all shifts. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor. Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean. This candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will be detail oriented and have and willingness to learn and develop in the role. Clear and consistent communication is expected. This position requires morning and weekend availability and could be part time or full time depending on the candidate. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Culinary experience: 2 years (Preferred)
