Civil Rights Division seeks an experienced attorney to serve as the Director, Criminal Section. The role leads the Section, setting national priorities for federal civil rights prosecutions and supervising managers, trial attorneys, and support staff. The Director will oversee investigations, case preparation, and trial strategy, and will regularly coordinate with DOJ leadership, law enforcement partners, and United States Attorneys' Offices.
