Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms, training and supporting room attendants, and performing cleaning duties throughout the hotel as needed. This position will also assist with administrative functions, including ordering, inventory management, and scheduling. The Assistant Executive Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring clean, guest-ready rooms that meet brand standards for timing, product quality, and placement.
Requirements: 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a hotel environment
Brand experience preferred Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff, guests, and other departments Fluency in English; additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills highly desired Positive attitude and ability to create a welcoming environment
Salary: $73,500 annually
