Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers and clients to build relationships, support sales initiatives, and represent leading technology and telecommunications brands. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, business development, and client relations, with opportunities to develop into leadership. This is a hybrid position with two days per week in our Long Beach office for team meetings, training, coaching, and collaboration. The remaining days include virtual team meetings and direct customer engagement within an assigned territory. No previous sales or account management experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help you build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations and communicate product information Represent client brands professionally and effectively Manage and oversee sales within an assigned territory Collaborate with team members to support client and company objectives Minimum Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and motivated mindset Ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching Professional and reliable work ethic Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other client-facing roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field Interest in developing a career in sales, business development, marketing, or leadership Willingness to participate in optional travel opportunities Compensation & Benefits Uncapped Earning Potential: Average $1.250 – $1,500+ per week directly tied to your performance Lucrative Commission: Earn $100 – $500 per order(On average, 4–6 orders/week)
