Remote RN Field Case Manager (Travel Required)

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager who will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to design effective treatment plans and facilitate safe return-to-work after injuries or incidents. This full-time, work-from-home role requires Denver-area residency due to travel for in-person appointments. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2+ years of clinical experience, strong advocacy skills, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook.
