Position Summary: Our client is a leading healthcare system, and is looking to bring a Financial Analyst onto their team due to growth and an ERP implementation. This individual will be working closely in Excel, performing month-end accruals, variance analysis, processing and validating payments, and assisting with data tasks.

Responsibilities: Physician Payment Processing: Review contracts, reconcile timesheets against master schedules, and route approvals for ~400 monthly physician payments. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Perform month-end accruals, variance analysis, and generate both routine monthly and ad hoc operational reports. Expense Tracking & Validation: Track, audit, and validate recurring payments for purchase services, utilities, and campus supplies. Stakeholder Support: Field daily expense inquiries and act as a finance resource for campus care teams, clinical department leaders, and hospital leadership. Budget Support: Assist the campus finance team with manual data entry, reconciliation tasks, and schedule preparation during active budget cycles. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis (corporate accounting, finance operations, or clinical business office environments preferred).Excel Proficiency: Advanced operational Excel skills with proven, practical experience building, manipulating, and navigating complex pivot tables and large datasets. Data & Reconciliation Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with strong capabilities in manual data entry, GL reconciliations, and high-volume data validation. Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with clinical leaders, physicians, and administrative managers.
