ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: MAY INCLUDEReceives all non-DID incoming calls. Directs calls to appropriate individuals or department after obtaining adequate information. Displays professional courtesy at all times. Maintains a customer service attitude. Attendance during scheduled work hours is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required
Skills: Strong oral and written communication, computer literate including Microsoft Office, organizational skills required
