Lifecycle Automation & Digital Experience Specialist

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to scale our ECX Digital Engagement team. You will own the execution of customer-facing digital communications, automate lifecycle workflows, and maintain program assets. The role reports to the Digital Customer Success Manager and focuses on building scalable programs with strong governance and documentation. You will collaborate with ECX, LCS, and Software stakeholders to operationalize campaigns, manage automation, and create
