Job Description:
Engineering/Quality interns and co-ops will provide support to engineers. Interns and co-ops will be involved in process/design/quality engineering and administration of projects; assist in obtaining and reviewing information and approvals for processing of drawings, product data and samples. This position assists in the communication of this information across all levels of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data onto computer terminal.
Draw chart and interpret the chart.
Develop inspection plans for new parts.
Provide back-up support for department.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPOG & Dupont safety policies and procedures

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Education: Junior or Senior in college courses preferably pursuing an Engineering degree
This position requires the college student to dedicate 1 full semester(6 months) to work fulltime to gain work experience
Required Experience: Willingness to learn and gain experience in the engineering field
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing some duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. 6 months(standard college semester)
