Global Treasury Markets Leader: FX, Rates & Liquidity

OpenAI is seeking a senior Treasury Markets leader in San Francisco to build and run OpenAI's investment management, FX, and debt markets programs. You will own liquidity investment strategy, global currency risk, and rate exposure, designing market-risk programs across rates, FX, liquidity and governance. The role demands CFA-level discipline, hands-on derivatives execution, tax and accounting fluency, and exceptional executive communication to translate complex topics into clear Board-ready
