Early Ed Pre-K

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Compensation: Competitive pay based on EEC credentials (Teacher or Lead Teacher qualified)

Position Overview: A preschool program in Cambridge, MA is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Education Teacher to join its team for a 3-month contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, play-based learning environment while gaining valuable experience with a respected early childhood program. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning through play. Foster children's language, literacy, social-emotional, and cognitive development. Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Support daily classroom routines, including meals, outdoor play, rest time, and transitions. Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to ensure a high-quality educational experience. Maintain classroom organization and adhere to all Massachusetts EEC regulations and program policies.
