Senior Corporate Counsel – Contracts, IP & Compliance

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to partner with commercial teams, draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of agreements, and manage legal risk across multiple domains including IP, regulatory compliance, and real estate. The role requires a JD, active U.S. state license, and 6+ years of experience with complex contracts. You will counsel stakeholders, shape policy, and contribute to strategic projects within an employee-owned, growth-minded organization.
