Address: 211 4th St., Alexandria, LA 71360 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 36 Number of Staff – 49 Type of staff: for 36 patients o Day Shift – 1 Charge, 3 RNs, 3 LPN, 3 PCTs and 1 secretary o Night Shift – 1 Charge, 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 PCTs Patient Ratios – Nurse/Patient = 6:1 Type of equipment – IV pumps, Wound Vacs, SCD pumps, Kangaroo Pumps, Chest Tubes, Telemetry, PCA pumps, Bipaps, Epidurals EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Med-Surg Experience Be a Team Player Critical Thinking Skills Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prioritization Skills Time Management Skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Wound Vac changes Wound Care IV insertions Insertion of Indwelling Foley Catheters Best personality Fit: Willing to work as a Team.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Active Nursing License, ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification LPN/LVN License IV Therapy Certificate Floating Area(s): 6A, 3A, 3South, 4South See Policies and Procedures Weekends and On call(if any) Every other weekend shifts On Call when Census is low.
