Drive the execution of business initiatives to enhance campaign process efficiency and performance
Support the planning and evaluation of commercial levers to drive incremental growth
Support the development of regional operational frameworks spanning campaign strategy, traffic, promotions, and tracking metrics
Collaborate with key stakeholders to share best practices, learnings, and new growth opportunities through playbooks, reports, and workshops
Serve as the key point of contact between regional cross-functional teams and country markets to drive operational excellence
Own post-campaign performance reviews in partnership with analytics and cross-functional teams
Job Requirements:
3–5 years of working experience in the e-commerce or consulting industry; regional experience is a plus
Expertise in campaign management and operations
Excellent communicator and collaborative team player, able to foster strong stakeholder partnerships and work effectively in cross-functional settings as well as independently
Highly organized, meticulous, and driven, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written English
