New York State Civil & White-Collar Litigator

The State of New York seeks an attorney with strong experience in complex civil litigation and investigations to join the Office of the Attorney General. Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York and reside in New York state, with citizenship in the United States. A two-year commitment upon hire is required. Candidates with federal and New York state court experience, excellent writing and research skills, and familiarity with the False Claims Act or tax matters will be favored.
