System Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and test automated RHEL OS provisioning solutions. Enable reliable and scalable on-premise platforms through automation and integration. Work with cloud computing platforms, MS Windows Server, and Linux systems. Deliver automated workflows and validate platform integrations. Ensure system reliability using modern automation and testing practices. Collaborate with platform, operations, SRE, and security teams.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in platform, systems, or infrastructure engineering, with a strong emphasis on automation and integration. Hands-on experience designing and delivering automated RHEL OS provisioning for on-premise or internal cloud compute environments. Strong Linux (RHEL) administration expertise, including OS installation, configuration, patching, services, networking, storage, security, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in shell scripting and Python for building automation tools and workflows. Experience with automation and configuration management platforms such as Ansible or an equivalent. Working knowledge of Windows Server to support cross-platform workflows. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience integrating OS provisioning with internal cloud services like virtualization platforms, networking, and identity systems. A strong focus on continuous testing, reliability, and automated validation.

Preferred Qualifications: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform certifications. HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate. Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
