Project Executive

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of large-scale Heavy Civil and infrastructure projects, providing executive-level oversight, client relationship management, and strategic direction to project teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established general contractor, dominating and expanding in the northeast!

Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple concurrent projects and Senior Project Managers, ensuring performance against budget, schedule, and quality goals. Serve as the senior client-facing representative for major accounts and public agencies. Drive business development and maintain relationships with owners, agencies, and industry partners. Review project financials, risk exposure, and margin performance across the portfolio. Support proposal strategy and major pursuit efforts. Mentor and develop project leadership talent.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, including multi-project oversight. Demonstrated success managing large, complex public and private infrastructure programs. Strong executive presence and client relationship skills.
