Manage on-set duties, collaborating with hosts and talent to steer content towards impactful narratives
Build and maintain a guest pipeline, partnering with various teams to ensure a healthy flow of content opportunitiesRequired qualificationsProven experience in growth-oriented storytelling for video and audio, with a preference for YouTube experience
Fluency in organic growth metrics and understanding of how creative decisions affect engagement and conversion
Strong editorial judgment with the ability to extract compelling stories and craft engaging interview structures
Excellent communication skills to align editorial, logistics, and creative direction across multiple projects
Comfort with AI tools and a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation in a fast-paced environment
