Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time

Compensation: Up to $75,000+ based on experience We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with employees and managers across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy interpretation Coordinate full-cycle recruiting and serve as the liaison with staffing partners Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation Partner with managers and employees on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions Support HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with performance management and coach managers on HR processes Coordinate training and employee development activities Prepare HR documentation, reports, offer letters, and other employee-related paperwork Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Support benefits administration and other HR initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and performance management Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Experience with HRIS, ATS, and/or payroll systems Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
