Real Estate Counsel — Land Acquisition & Development

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Counsel to support the Director, Senior Counsel in providing legal advice on real estate matters. The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, land acquisition, and development documentation to meet risk standards. Ideal candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills.
