Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for the business Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting systems to provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to key stakeholders Enable business visibility through robust analysis and presentation Lead strategic and financial planning Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures and maintain a framework for risk management and control Ensure continuous adherence to annual planning and budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and metrics Provide guidance on multi-year strategic planning, working closely with department heads to establish enterprise goals, departmental strategies, and financial plans RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 7-12 years of FP&A experience within private equity, investment banking, and/or credit banking Experience with system implementations and strong project management skills Experience working on portfolio company or group-level financial analysis Experience managing a team across multiple geographic locations is a must Salary Range$230,000-$295,000 Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance and Sales Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Arrow Search Partners by 2x Get notified about new Financial Analyst jobs inStamford, CT.
