Experienced MCA Broker / Business Funding Specialist
Location: Boca Raton, FL Compensation: 50% Commission Split OTE: $150,000$300,000+ | Uncapped
The Opportunity: An established and growing business financing brokerage in Boca Raton is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced MCA brokers and business funding professionals who know how to originate, manage, and close deals. The company provides its sales team with quality lead flow and has recently increased its investment in lead generation, creating additional opportunities for experienced producers to consistently get in front of business owners actively seeking capital. This is an opportunity for proven MCA professionals who want a 50% commission split, strong lead support, and uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do:
  • Work a consistent pipeline of business funding opportunities
  • Prospect and develop relationships with small and mid-sized business owners
  • Qualify merchants and understand their financing needs
  • Collect applications, bank statements, and required documentation
  • Present and explain available funding options
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close business
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through funding
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and existing clients
  • Generate repeat and renewal business while building a long-term book
  • Work closely with underwriting and leadership to move deals efficiently through funding
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in MCA, business funding, alternative lending, or a closely related commercial finance environment
  • Proven ability to originate and close business
  • Strong phone presence and ability to communicate confidently with business owners
  • Understanding of the MCA process from application through underwriting and funding
  • Competitive, entrepreneurial, and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to effectively manage and convert a pipeline
  • Existing relationships, referral sources, or a book of business are a plus
  • Compensation & Lead Support
  • The company is offering a 50% commission split with uncapped earning potential.
OTE: $150,000$300,000+, with additional upside for high-volume producers. In addition to the commission structure, the company has quality lead flow and has recently demonstrated a willingness to invest more heavily in acquiring leads for its sales team. The goal is to give experienced brokers the opportunities and infrastructure needed to focus on what they do best: converting deals and funding business. Why This Opportunity?
