Project Manager - Construction - Stamford

Job Description: Manage all phases of property construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and team members. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Identify and resolve project risks or delays promptly. Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
