Finishing Operator II

Job description: Micro Gauge, a CNC machining shop in Brighton, is seeking a High Volume CNC Machinist on all shifts Schedules: Third Shift: 11 pm to 7 am Sunday - ThursdayFirst Shift: 7am-3pm Monday-FridaySecond Shift: 3 pm to 11 pm Monday - FridayResponsibilities Include:

• Meeting production and scrap goals
• Reporting hourly production, scrap and downtime on appropriate form
• Inspecting machined parts for surface defects and verifying conformance to specifications provided in job book instructions using measuring instruments
• Changing tools and making offsets to machines as needed Qualifications Include:
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple instructions
• Previous CNC experience required
• Experience with lathes and mills -Knowledge of Opt 10 and Opt 20
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Standing and repetitive bending and twisting If interested please STOP and review the following criteria prior to applying:
