Business Development & Programme Lead – Online Learning Platform

What You’ll Do: Drive business development and revenue growth for Serb Experience Build and manage a pipeline of commercial and institutional opportunities Develop partnerships with universities, government entities, employers, professional communities, training organisations, and other partners Lead direct sales and business development activities to grow individual and institutional enrollments Develop proposals, bulk-seat packages, partnership offers, and other commercial opportunities Research, approach, and sign expert instructors and Expert Builders Build and maintain strong relationships with instructors, partners, and customers Turn expert knowledge into commercially relevant courses, cohorts, and learning programmes Manage programmes from concept through production, launch, delivery, and performance review Coordinate freelance video, design, content, and administrative specialists Support marketing campaigns, learner acquisition, and conversion activities Own and manage the sales and growth funnel Track revenue, enrollments, partnerships, and programme performance Build repeatable processes, documentation, and operating systems that support future growth What We’re Looking For 6–8+ years of relevant professional experience Strong experience in business development, sales, partnerships, growth, programme management, and/or e-learningA proven track record of owning and achieving revenue or sales targets Experience developing and closing B2B or institutional partnerships Experience building and managing sales or partnership pipelines Experience sourcing and signing experts, instructors, creators, or strategic partners Experience taking programmes, products, or learning offers from concept through launch Strong communication, commercial writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, freelancers, and workstreams Self-directed and comfortable working in a fully remote environment Strong English proficiency
