Director of Bakery Operations & Site Performance

The Campbell's Company in Ashland, OH is seeking an Associate Director, Site Operations to lead the Campbell’s Snacks bakery site with 120+ staff. You will oversee safety, quality, maintenance, cost, customer service and employee engagement while driving transformation to a high-performing, team-based operation. As a strategic partner with internal and external customers and suppliers, you will establish goals, drive continuous improvement, develop talent and align operations with the company’s
