Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist AllerVie Health | Full-Time | Frisco, TX | HybridBe the voice of AllerVie across 60+ locations. When a patient searches for an allergy specialist, sees a post from their local clinic, or gets a note about a provider change, you're the one behind it. As our Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist, you'll run the day-to-day content, communications, and digital updates that keep patients informed and our locations easy to find.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social content for our national and local brands
- Build and send our monthly patient newsletter in Mailchimp
- Draft and launch patient communications for provider changes, relocations, closures, openings, and new practices
- Keep provider profiles, hours, and locations accurate across our website and digital platforms
- Create content for new providers and locations, including Google Business Profiles
- Produce flyers and materials from approved templates and manage clinic marketing requests
- Maintain content calendars, checklists, and SOPs so updates are made once and made right
- What You Bring 2+ years in social media, marketing communications, or a similar role
- Strong writing and editing skills with sharp attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with social scheduling and email tools
- Comfort updating websites and managing multiple systems accurately
- Ability to follow brand and healthcare advertising standards
- Organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
Preferred:
