Remote Implementation Manager: Onboarding & Execution

Evergreen Nephrology is seeking a program leader to own the day-to-day execution of practice onboarding and sustainment of partner relationships. You will manage the ECC onboarding sequence end-to-end and scale the program while maintaining timelines and accountability. You will coordinate parallel implementation and clinical workstreams, facilitate sessions to decisions, and partner with internal teams to unblock practice-facing work and fix repeated process breaks.
