Graphic Assembler 1 (Part Time Casual) - HARGROVE, Lanham, Maryland

Graphic Assembler The Graphic Assembler is responsible for the final assembly of all graphic print materials, frames, structures, and components. This position reports to Manager, Graphic Production. Key Job Responsibilities Graphic Production Fabricate and assemble aluminum banner frames. Wrap banners or other fabrics to frames or theatrical flats as needed. Provide finishing to printed substrates including cutting, hems, gromets, sewing, edging and assembly. Partner with Fabrication department on applying graphics substrates to custom fabricated items. Material inventory is recorded and consistently maintained. Assist in all areas of graphic production. Work directly with the graphic detailers and department manager ensuring quality and accuracy. Provide on-site installation services if required. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality. Operate forklift if required and with company provided training. Other duties assigned. SafetyFollow all applicable OSHA and corporate safety protocols and regulations. Maintain a safe working environment by maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.

Warehouse/VenueWork is performed at event venues as well as in a warehouse environment. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Hargrove based in a warehouse environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area. When in the Warehouse, work will be completed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly Pay Range: $21.91 - $26.84 The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
