Revenue Ops Leader: Growth & Enablement

Broccoli AI is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to build and run the engine behind our Sales and Customer Success teams. You’ll own the AI roadmap for revenue, design processes, and lead a cross-functional team across GTM Engineering, Enablement and Analytics. You’ll partner with CRO and field leadership to set strategy, hire great people, and ensure data quality and timely insights. This role blends hands-on AI work with scalable operations in a fast-growing home-services market.
