Card Compliance Lead — Risk & Advisory

AFFIRM is seeking a Compliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the AFFIRM Card program. You will make independent, risk-based calls across marketing, onboarding, wallets, disputes, and servicing, partnering with product, engineering, and operations to ship compliant features. You will lead root-cause analysis and remediation for card compliance issues, ensure regulatory alignment, and contribute to exams and audits.
