Senior Accountant Outsourced CFO Services Job in San Francisco, CA | Robert Half

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile daily investment activity across client portfolios, including equities, options, foreign exchange, and derivative positions, using portfolio accounting and investment management systems. Partner with portfolio managers, brokers, and other counterparties to monitor trade activity and ensure timely transaction settlement. Support the operations of closed-end investment vehicles, including capital call calculations, transaction closings, and cash and treasury management. Compile investment performance reports, portfolio summaries, and risk metrics for client and investor distribution. Review monthly and quarterly fund NAVs, including investor allocations, waterfall calculations, and capital account statements. Monitor corporate actions and reconcile activity against prime broker records to ensure accuracy. Assist with the development and maintenance of client valuation procedures and expense allocation policies. Coordinate and process payments to vendors across investment funds and management companies. Leverage Bloomberg to review and update investment valuations and pricing. Support annual audit and tax preparation processes by coordinating schedules, documentation, and deliverables. Contribute to internal projects, process improvements, and other accounting and operational initiatives as needed.
