On-Site Operations Leader | Logistics & Safety

WM is seeking an Operations Manager in Los Angeles to lead onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for drivers and helpers at the location. This hands-on leader works with frontline employees to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations within transportation and logistics. The ideal candidate has at least two years of people management experience and a proven ability to coach, hold teams accountable, and drive safety and process improvements.
