Associate, Banker CSG

Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include two (2) years of experience with: working with financial transaction structures, including identification of party roles, required deliverables, execution timelines, and scope parameters for private placement clients; reviewing and performing quantitative analysis based on legal documents, including credit agreements, debt indentures, commitment papers, fee letters, and purchase and sale agreements; structured finance products, including Project Finance bonds, corporate bonds, structured bonds, Term Loans, and Asset-Backed Securities; and analyzing financial statements, financial projections, and models as prepared in various formats by clients.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $175,000 – $225,000.
