Collision Center CSR - Customer Experience & Growth

Rochester Motor Cars is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for the Rochester Collision Center. The role requires helping guests in person and by phone, handling insurance and rental processing, and supporting the Collision Center manager. Attention to detail and a valid driver’s license are essential. Ideal candidates will communicate effectively, work well in a team, and adapt to new technology and procedures to keep our high-paced shop running smoothly.
