Key responsibilities: Independently draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, providing legal guidance on risk allocation and contractual terms Identify and evaluate contractual legal risks, developing templates and negotiation playbooks to streamline processes Serve as the primary Business Affairs contact for internal teams, managing contract intake and execution while collaborating with Operations and FinanceRequired qualificationsLicensed attorney with a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and 4-8+ years of relevant commercial legal or transactional experience Or Business Affairs professional with 6-10+ years of experience managing and negotiating commercial agreements Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and strong knowledge of commercial contract law Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle a substantial volume of concurrent matters Ability to operate independently and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
