Senior Talent Partner & Sustainability Employer Relations

The Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability seeks an Associate Director, Talent Partner to develop and implement the studio’s employer engagement strategy, build and maintain employer relationships globally, and drive internship and job opportunities for students and alumni. This role reports to the Founding Director and collaborates with alumni, Stanford staff and sector-focused student clubs. It emphasizes CRM/AI tools, events, and data-driven insights.
