Overview: Our team is growing and we’re seeking an experienced Delivery Recruiter with strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills who can combine the pace of agency recruiting with the partnership of an in-house environment. In this role, you’ll manage contract and project-based recruiting across multiple clients, with a focus on technology roles while also supporting a variety of skill areas, including finance, operations, and professional services. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly understand client needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, evaluate talent, and adapt as priorities evolve.
What You'll Do: Effectively manage the full cycle recruiting process for contract and project-based roles across multiple clients, sourcing and assessing qualified professionals. Partner with internal account teams to clarify requirements, prioritize searches, and align delivery expectations. Translate VMS requisitions, direct client requests, and intake discussions into targeted recruiting strategies. Share pipeline updates and market insights with Sales, recommending adjustments to improve search outcomes. Maintain candidate relationships, accurate recruiting records, and effective internal handoffs. Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to improvements in recruiting quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across agency and in-house environments, including sourcing, screening, and managing multiple concurrent requisitions. Experience recruiting contract talent, with familiarity across various engagement arrangements, including W-2 employment, independent contractor (1099), and corp-to-corp (C2C).Strong active and passive talent sourcing and candidate assessment skills. Ability to interpret job requirements, evaluate candidate fit, and communicate qualifications and market insights clearly. Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly to changing client needs, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure consistent follow-through throughout the candidate lifecycle. Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred: VMS experience; recruiting across technology, finance, or professional services; and familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation: The anticipated pay range for this opportunity is $30-$50 per hour. The range represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation reasonably expected to be offered for this opportunity at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, engagement structure, and applicable work location within the range provided.
