Owning the execution and scaling of global retail operations, the full-time Retail Operations Manager will manage fulfillment for key accounts, optimize delivery performance, and maintain relationships with 3PLs and retailers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Execute global fulfillment strategies to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction across various markets
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery metrics and inventory management
Lead onboarding of new retail partners and ensure compliance with routing guides and operational requirements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in retail fulfillment operations or supply chain management
Demonstrated experience managing fulfillment operations with 3PLs for major retailers
Experience with EDI order flow and retailer portals
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and advanced analytical skills
