Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that are cost-effective and goal-oriented. Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's needs, maximizing their recovery potential. Provide education to patients regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs. Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient recovery. Document each patient interaction meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to continuously assess and update patient treatment plans. Encourage patients, helping them stay motivated and engaged throughout their therapy journey to foster independence and self-efficacy. Patient Population / Client FocusThis role will focus on a diverse patient population, ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to those recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Your expertise will allow you to work with individuals of various ages and physical abilities, providing critical care that helps them regain their strength and mobility. Understanding the emotional and psychological aspects of recovery will also be key in fostering strong therapist-patient relationships.

Qualifications: A valid and active physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's degree or Doctorate (DPT) qualification. A clean record with no disciplinary actions associated with the license. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an orthopedic physical therapy setting is required. Experiencing working with various modalities and developing personalized exercise regimens for patients.

Preferred Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in hands-on manual therapy techniques. Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for comprehensive documentation. Background in creating educational materials for patients and families.
